Research shows contradictory evidence in regards to the recommended amount to consume, but I personally stick with no more than 2 cups per day. As always, your body knows best, so if you find you’re having trouble sleeping or feeling agitated during the day, look to slowly reduce your consumption over time.
I should also mention that sugar intake can start to creep up in your coffee, so now is a good time to be mindful. I personally stay away from artificial sweeteners, however if you do need a little bump, aim to use something natural like stevia.
