Did you know approximately 60% of our bodies being comprised of water, and our body being unable to make water itself – it is so important that we always get enough water in our diet to stay hydrated.
I aim to get at least 2 litres of water in a day and I always carry my giant water bottle around with me so I don’t forget!
Like I always say, remember to listen to your body. This is no different when it comes to drinking water - if you’re thirsty, drink up!
It’s also nice to know that hydration does not necessarily need to come from water, water is found in abundance in foods, including fruits and vegetables. Just another reason to eat lots of wholesome produce!
