The recipes under each day are there to guide and inspire you to fuel your body with nourishing meals. They include some of Georgia’s favourite recipes but we’d love for you to pick your favourites and eat what makes YOU feel good!
The meal guides have been designed by your JOY nutrition team to ensure they are nutritionally optimised and full of goodness.
You get to select your type of menu to ensure it meet your preferences, but don’t worry you can change it anytime. Our meal guide options include general, pescatarian and vegetarian:
