Working out at home?
You guys know I love my booty bands, so some exercises will require these – if you don’t have, don’t worry, just do the exercise without the band.
Sometime light resistance may be required, you can use canned foods if you want, or if you‘re starting to feel strong you can purchase some dumbbells.
Putting that Gym membership to good use?
That’s the beauty of gyms – everything is already there for you! These exercises have been designed by your JOY trainer using equipment that can be found at most gyms across the world. Just don’t forget to bring your own towel and water bottle. Stay hydrated and practice good gym etiquette – no one likes jumping on a sweaty machine.
