The JOY Private community is just for the JOY family and the JOY team work hard to ensure it stays that way. There can be a number of reasons why your request hasn’t been accepted yet. Common reasons are:
- It’s busy! Eeek we’re trying to get to everyone as soon as possible – hold tight!
- Is your Facebook name different to the one you signed up with? This is no problem at all, but we just need to know. If so, please email us at email@example.com so we can get it sorted (please allow 24 hours for a reply)
- You don't have an active membership. Our JOY family is exclusively for active members of the program so you'll need to be an active participant of the program to be accepted into the Facebook Family. We can't wait to have you on board!
