* Don’t arrive starving. Have a protein-rich snack before you go, such as two boiled eggs; a handful of nuts, a bliss ball or hummus with vegetable sticks.
* Stick to only a couple of alcoholic drinks for the night, or at the very least space them out with glasses of water in between.
