On top of your daily water consumption, some other things you might enjoy are:
- Unlimited herbal tea.
- Up to 2 caffeinated beverages: coffee and/or black, green or white tea.
- Kombucha, keep it to a maximum of 100ml per day if you’re having this on the regular.
- Sparkling water, plain or infused with fruit of your choice.
