JOY is designed for Anybody! The workouts are designed to suit all fitness levels and abilities. Whether you’re just getting started or you’re ready to challenge yourself there’s a level for you.
AT HOME
Vitality (work for 20 seconds rest for 40 seconds)
Full body workouts for beginners. If you’re just starting your Joy journey and exercise is new to you, this is a great place to start
Energy (work for 40 seconds, rest for 20 seconds)
Feel like working up a sweat. Energy is our intermediate level which will provide you with full body workouts that will get your heart rate up.
Power (work for 50 seconds, rest for 10 seconds)
Challenge yourself with our Advanced workout Level. Power will have you working up a sweat in no time.
AT GYM
If you're doing the gym workouts, there are no levels. Instead please change the weight you use and the reps you do accordingly.
If you’re a beginner, choose a lighter weight and do more reps.
If you’re more advanced, pick a heavier weight and do less reps.
Remember it’s also about getting the form of each exercise right and not rushing through them.
